About the Democracy Matters site

This web-portal aims to support communication, co-operation and learning among organisations and networks concerned about democracy so that citizens have an effective say in how society is run.

We are campaigning to get more support for learning how to campaign and take part in politics, so that anyone who wants to change things can learn how the system works, who to influence and how to campaign effectively. In our site you can :
